Website orders

In order to be able to fulfil your orders, we require your contact and shipping information, that we will share in a safe way with our third-party partners; such as carriers and accounting.

Your payment information gets safeguarded and handled by trustworthy third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal Apple or Google Pay.

For the purpose of boosting brand awareness, following up on unfulfilled orders, we use Woocommerce plug-ins for customer reviews and order follow-ups which connect to our order database, following the privacy policy. Be aware that for invoicing reasons we will need to keep the information related to an order for some years.

For this purpose, we only collect the information you provide on sign up stored on a third party database Mailchimp (compliant with GDPR).

Direct communication

Any information we might get access by direct communication (such as email or direct messages in social media) will not be added to our internet information systems without consent by the user.

We gather contact details and relevant information of our distributors, retailers, resellers and other entities on Hubspot.

Social Media

We have a large community of followers and fans on our social media channels. We cannot control the usage of your data by those social media channels. In that regards, we may interact and share the contact you make publicly available on those platforms.

Minors and Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. We do not knowingly collect the personal data from children under the age of 16 without obtaining parental consent. If we learn that personal data has been collected on our sites from persons under the age of 16 without verifiable parental consent, then we will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover your child under 16 years of age has obtained an account on our site, please alert us by emailing support@stage.strawbees.com and request that we delete that child’s personal data from our systems.
